ITALIAN cooking pan CHICKEN WITH TOMATOES AND MUSHROOMS

Italian-inspired cooking pan chicken. straightforward deformity direction hard-baked in vino with tomatoes and mushrooms! prepared in thirty minutes or less!




INGREDIENTS


  • 4 massive chicken cutlets (boneless skinless chicken breasts remove 1/4-inch skinny cutlets)
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano, divided
  • 1 tsp salt, divided
  • 1 tsp black pepper, divided
  • 1/2 cup general flour, a lot of for later

  • 8 oz Baby Bella mushrooms, cleaned, trimmed, and sliced
  • 14 oz grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp shredded contemporary garlic
  • 1/2 cup vino
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed juice (juice of one/2 lemon)
  • 3/4 cup chicken stock
  • Handful baby spinach (optional)

  • Pat chicken cutlets dry. Season on each side with 1/2 tbsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Coat the chicken cutlets with the flour; mud off excess. put aside shortly.
  • Heat a pair of tbsp oil during a massive forged iron cooking pan with a lid like this one. Brown the chicken cutlets on each side (3 minutes or so). Transfer the chicken cutlets to a plate for currently.

  • Bring the liquid to a boil, then add the chicken back within the cooking pan. Cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes, then scale back the warmth to medium-low. cowl and cook for one more eight minutes or till the chicken is totally hard-baked and its internal heat registers a minimum of one hundred sixty five degrees F.
