Red Velvet Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 red velvet cake mixes I used two (16.5 oz Isadora Duncan Hines red velvet cake mixes)
- 6 eggs
- 2/3 cup oil
- 6 terribly ripe bananas mashed
- 1 12 oz. package chocolate chips
- 1 cup sliced walnuts
- 8 ounces white candy melts
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat kitchen appliance to 350°F. Line five (8" x three 3/4" x two 1/2") loaf pans with parchment paper. Spray with change of state spray. Set aside.
- Place 1st four ingredients in a very giant bowl. With an electrical mixer, beat on low for twenty seconds, then surface speed to medium and blend for two minutes. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour batter into loaf pans. Bake for forty minutes or till a pick inserted within the middle comes out clean. Let cool.
- Place candy melts in a very microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes or till fully melted . Stir till sleek. Pour into a transparent plastic pastry bag. Cut the advise and drizzle melted candy over the cooled bread. Let the candy melts set (about 20-30 minutes).
- For a gift, wrap in clear wrapper. Tie a bow around it and add gift tag. Store at temperature for twenty-four hours or within the white goods for up to five days.
